Downloading an exported VoiceThread

You will receive an email notification when your export is ready for download, and that email will include a link that takes you directly to the Exports page. You can also access all of your exports at any time by following these steps:

1. Click on your email address in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Select “My Account” from the menu.
3. Click on the “Exports” tab.
4. Look for the export you want to download and click on the “Download” button.

Exports with a status of “Waiting” or “In progress” are still processing.

Note: You must download an export within 90 days of initiating it. If you wait longer than this, you’ll need to re-export the VoiceThread.
